Why our Core Values matter to you
Picture this - it's a Monday morning and you walk into the Factory Reality office. The staff is gathering for a morning meeting, but the conversation isn’t centered around the big priorities for the week. Instead, someone begins to share about their personal Core Values, and how they relate to Factory Reality’s own Core Values. This company practice is one of a number of organized and organic conversations that happen day in and day out about Core Values. Although our Core Values are on a wall in our office, they aren’t concepts that stay in the background. They truly permeate every element of the work we do. Each of our team members learns to connect our Core Values with their own, and their work is an outpouring of that. In turn, we get to share our Core Values with our clients in real-time through our work. Today we’re talking about a handful of our Core Values, and why they matter for our work with YOU.
Be Remembered by Love
Maintaining this perspective helps us do our very best work because we remember that we will ultimately be remembered for how we treated and served our partners. In a very tech-focused field, this value helps our staff remember that we aren’t robots and that there are real people on the other side of the screen!
Get Better and Better
Whether we have to deal with internal or external mistakes, this value helps us remain composed and hopeful in the face of challenges we may face as a company. There is always grace for our staff and clients and the motivation to push the bar higher. We know we aren’t immune to project mistakes and aren’t ashamed of inevitable mistakes. We face them head-on so that we can make them right and use them as fuel to truly get better every day.
Enjoy Hard Work
Our staff members have shared that enjoying hard work is impactful in the way that it makes them excited to come to work. Knowing that everyone is on the same page about giving their all to their work that day, we don’t half-heartedly serve our clients. It shows in the quality of our work.
